Acting as if you are not afraid is pretty much the same as not being afraid.

Not perfect in the way that everyone should aspire to be her, but perfect in that she never left one hoping for anything more.

I may not want to keep those parts of me that led me to past mistakes, but I will not deny they were a part of what brought me to where I am, and therefore I cannot regret them.
